I'm a certified personal trainer based in Upstate New York, and I specialize in one thing: helping moms lose weight and feel strong again — without turning their whole life upside down to do it.

My story

I built this for moms who feel like they've lost themselves.

After watching so many moms pour everything into their families and leave nothing for themselves, I made it my mission to create a space where getting healthy doesn't mean guilt, sacrifice, or impossible standards. It means showing up for yourself — even just 30 minutes a day.
